The Tornado Chart template can be download from Template 05 – Tornado Chart

And you, will get the Tornado Chart.
What is the Macro password? How can I be sure that the data I input into excel is secure and not being sent back to the developer using macro. Thanks.
You don't need to keep the macro just save it as an XLSX it will still work fine and macro will be removed.
Thanks for this post. I'd like to recommend also an alternative method which is to use the Power-user add-in, allowing you to create Tornado and other nice charts in Excel in just a couple of clicks: https://www.powerusersoftwares.com/tornado-charts
